IT Business Relationship Manager

Insight Global is seeking an IT Business Relationship Manager to join one of our healthcare clients. This person will be a proven leader at the individual contributor level and join the Business Relationship Management team to support the Acute Care division. The BRM will work as the strategic interface and trusted advisor between the business and IT to deliver technology solutions that align with the business's strategic initiatives and goals.


The BRM will be responsible for cultivating strong relationships, understanding the business value of new IT requests, advising business partners on technical implications and solution options, IT portfolio management, and supporting senior members of the team in achieving desired results through the delivery of technology solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 7+ years of relevant work experience in areas of IT, healthcare or business relationship management, process engineering, and/or business analysis or other related experience.
• Strong background in relationship management, consulting, or business development within a technical discipline
• Experienced and skilled at interacting with IT and business partner senior leadership (Executives, C-Suite, stakeholders, etc.)
• Strong business IQ - has a deep understanding of the business unit operations, operating model, and priorities.
• Knowledge of business operations that support functions within the acute care setting of patient care


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Previous information technology experience to include project management and/or core information technology fundamentals of service management highly desired
• Previous experience working within or with hospitals (Acute care)
• Clinical experience, licensure, education and/or proven knowledge within one or more of these areas will be greatly beneficial
• PMP certification
