Job Summary BDI Surgery Marcom team is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Communications Intern to support our Marketing Communications team developing and executing various communication strategies. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic healthcare technology environment. Job Responsibilities Assist with event planning and coordination activities, including tradeshows and Surgery’s National Sales Meeting. Support manual update efforts in SalesForce.com to update historical opportunities, maintain consistency and monitor data integrity. Contribute to internal communications efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. Help maintain and update marketing databases and content management systems. Assist team with monitoring RoAS for paid media and tradeshows. Set up campaign UTMs and naming conventions. Track and report on the performance of marketing activities. Job Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Previous internship experience in marketing or communications is a plus.
