Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:Provides onsite day-to-day support in absence of an Executive DirectorEstablishes the Community’s goals and objectivesImplementing organizational, financial, marketing plans, policies and proceduresEvaluates the Community’s adherence to all applicable regulations and approved operating proceduresReviews Community’s liability, property, and compensation insurance coverage and provides recommendations to ownershipActs as an on-call resource to the Communities and Gardant on a 24-hour basis to address urgent mattersReviews and monitors account receivable activities at each Community to ensure collection and billing process/policies are adhered toConducts formal performance evaluations at the end of the introductory period and on an annual basisSupports in the planning and provision of informational in-services and other staff development activitiesParticipates in department manager interviews and the hiring processMonitors Community’s Quality Improvement and safety programsEvaluates overall operations including, but not limited to, ensuring compliance with daily standup meetings, call light review, QAPI program, rent readiness, finance & revenue accounting and TELS complianceAssists Senior - RDO with conducting Operations Training for new Executive Directors and Business Office Managers as assignedQualifications:Bachelor degree preferred5 years healthcare experience required with multi-site management experience requiredMust have current Indiana RCA or HFA licensure.Thorough knowledge of state, federal and local regulationsExtensive travel and overnight stays, valid driver's license requiredBenefits:Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefit packagesEmployee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)Employer-subsidized gym membership & wellness programEAP & Maven family planning program401(k) with biweekly employer matchOutside-In Employee Referral ProgramIntentional work-life balance supported with competitive Paid Time OffSelf-service payroll & tools (PayCom) #J-18808-Ljbffr Gardant
