Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and ensure the implementation of effective behavioral health services for patients.

• Evaluate and process intake assessments promptly and efficiently, maintaining a courteous approach throughout.

• Perform crisis intervention when necessary, employing mature judgment and clinical skills to manage acute situations.

• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary primary care team, engaging with physicians and healthcare staff to support integrated care.

• Maintain compliance with mental health policies and procedures to uphold the standards of the behavioral health program.

• Refer patients exhibiting serious mental health conditions to appropriate specialty care or inpatient facilities as needed.

• Screen patients for prescription drug abuse, illicit drug use, and alcohol misuse, providing necessary counseling or appropriate resource referrals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adults, adolescents, and families managing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders. Your efforts will focus on fostering recovery and resilience, promoting life-quality improvements through therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution and possess a current LCSW license.

• Demonstrated clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in social work.

Preferred Experience\n
