BTL Foundation is dedicated to improving lives by offering health services, job-oriented educational programs, and humanitarian support to underserved communities. The foundation achieves its mission through various initiatives, including grantmaking, volunteerism, capacity-building programs, meal services, and educational endowments. By addressing critical needs, BTL Foundation empowers individuals and fosters stronger communities. Role Description We are seeking a part-time Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee the foundation's operations, programs, and engagement with stakeholders. This hybrid role is based in Newark, DE, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and supporting teams, driving fundraising and grant initiatives, fostering partnerships, overseeing budget management, and ensuring that the organization meets its mission and goals. Qualifications Leadership and strategic planning skills with experience leading nonprofit organizations or similar initiatives Strong financial management and budget oversight capabilities Fundraising experience, including grant writing and donor relationship management Excellent communication, public speaking, and stakeholder engagement skills Ability to manage and inspire teams, volunteers, and board members Organizational and program management skills to oversee multiple initiatives effectively Passion for community development and a commitment to the mission of the BTL Foundation Bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus Prior experience in a hybrid work environment is an advantage Can start as soon as the qualified candidate is chosen Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week – not to exceed) #J-18808-Ljbffr BTL Foundation
