Responsibilities Assist customers with questions about products and services. Provide friendly and professional assistance throughout the customer experience. Listen to customer needs and help identify appropriate solutions. Provide clear and accurate information about available products and services. Support customer follow-ups and engagement activities. Help identify opportunities to introduce customers to relevant products or services. Maintain organized records of customer interactions. Communicate customer feedback and requests to the appropriate team members. Assist with promotional and customer outreach activities when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve customer service objectives. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, positive, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is a plus but not required.
