Job SummaryTo provide a warm, professional first impression, manage the front desk, and offer administrative support, ensuring smooth daily office operations and excellent customer service for clients and staff.Administrative Support: Schedule appointments/meetings, manage calendars, file, photocopy, data entry, and prepare documents.Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail and packages.Office Maintenance: Keep reception area, common areas (kitchen, conference rooms), and supplies stocked and tidy.Monitor front desk access and follow safety procedures.Support: Assist other departments with clerical tasks and event coordination as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
