Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to better understand each client’s unique mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop effective treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored to each client’s circumstances and personal goals, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and family systems therapy.

• Collaboratively set realistic and achievable therapeutic goals with clients, continuously monitoring and documenting their progress against these goals.

• Engage in regular consultations with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient treatment plans and optimize care coordination.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents, tailoring approaches to fit individual and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

St. Jude Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
