Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Shakopee, MN (our office will be moving to Burnsville, MN in late 2026). This role is responsible for coordinating and executing day-to-day marketing activities, including assisting with campaign development, maintaining marketing materials, and supporting branding efforts across online and offline channels. The Marketing Coordinator will help manage social media postings, website updates, and basic content creation to promote Bryan Rock’s products and capabilities. Daily tasks include collaborating with sales and operations teams to align marketing initiatives, organizing promotional events or trade show participation, tracking marketing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent messaging. The role also involves handling administrative tasks related to marketing projects, managing timelines, and supporting vendor relationships as needed. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners. Candidates should possess sales and customer relationship support skills to assist in connecting marketing efforts with business development goals. Candidates should possess writing and graphic design skills for creating clear, professional marketing content, including basic copy for digital and print materials. Candidates should possess event planning skills, including coordinating logistics for trade shows, client events, and local promotions. Candidates should possess Project Management skills to organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure completion of marketing initiatives. Relevant skills such as basic digital marketing familiarity, social media management, and proficiency with standard office and marketing tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Canva, or Lightroom) are beneficial. Previous experience in marketing coordination, sales support, or a related field, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or B2B industries, is an advantage. An associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
