Doherty is excited to welcome a new Marketing Coordinator to the team at our Edina, MN office. This is a part-time position (30-32 hours per week) that is eligible for benefits. This position is 100% onsite.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of marketing projects/initiatives for Doherty Staffing Solutions and Dahl Consulting, including advertising digital media channels/platforms.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Works in conjunction with the Marketing Team to creatively contribute ideas, produce deliverables, execute marketing tactics, and track campaign outcomes in both the B2B and B2C environments for all service lines.
• Supports the Marketing Team through detailed tracking of media/promotional item ordering and placement details for various advertising channels/platforms.
• Utilizes/follows brand standards for both companies in conjunction with consistent and creative messaging to develop ongoing promotional materials/content.
• Accountable for financial reporting process; creates and manages advertising deadline grids, flowcharts, billing details reports, and billing reconciliations.
• Works with Vice President of Marketing to successfully manage third-party partnerships related to online recruitment advertising and new business development.
• Coordinates with internal customers to ensure hiring events are properly promoted for all areas of both companies and makes suggestions to enhance attendees.
• Exports/extracts key analytics from third-party partnerships related to online recruitment advertising, social media, websites, and more to update various scorecards and brings successes/concerns to the Vice President of Marketing.
• Manages the marketing promotion of and reward verification/delivery process for various referral and/or review campaigns run through the Marketing Department.
• Works with Marketing Team to create/update high-performing job postings for online job sites and third-party job distribution partners.
• Assists Marketing Team with preparation of monthly online/digital media reports (collects and consolidates data) for review.
• Coordinates in-house printing/binding of various marketing materials for both internal and external use.
• Develops an understanding of our companies’ solutions, recruitment offerings, brands, and marketing initiatives to effectively contribute to marketing planning and deliverables.
• Other duties as assigned.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Associate’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related fields.
• 2+ years of administrative/clerical experience in a service-related or marketing industry business.
• Proficient Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Outlook) software applications.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in various technology platforms.
• High attention to detail and organization abilities.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Graphic design skills and/or demonstrated creative ability.
• Demonstrated knowledge of managing third-party vendor relationships.
• Understanding of financial reconciliation processes (invoices and allocations).
• Familiarity with social media profiles and advertising concepts.
• Demonstrated knowledge of working ethically with AI to enhance/streamline workflows and outputs.
