Entry Level Recruiter

In-office position. Daily attendance required. This is not a remote role. Southern National Roofing is growing fast, and we are hiring recruiters to help us find our next wave of sales talent. This is a high volume phone job. You spend your day calling pre-screened applicants and getting them booked for interviews. If you like talking to people, competing, and getting paid for your effort, you will do well here. No recruiting experience needed. We train you and hand you the process. What you’ll do Call pre-screened applicants to schedule interviews Keep your pipeline full and moving Hit daily and weekly volume goals Follow a proven, step by step process What we’re looking for Comfortable on the phone and not afraid to dial Competitive and motivated by goals Reliable, organized, coachable Ready to work in-office, full-time Experience is a plus but not required What’s in it for you Base salary $36,000 to $43,000 plus commissions and bonuses Weekly and monthly contests with cash and prizes Clear path to advancement Medical, dental, vision, and 401K Paid time off We promote from within.
