Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller | Direct Hire | Portland, OR | $110,000 to $135,000 + Bonus Schedule: Hybrid Key Responsibilities Support monthly and year-end close processes. Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Partner with operational teams to support project and business performance. Oversee selected accounting functions and internal controls. Contribute to process improvements and systems-related initiatives. Provide guidance and support to accounting staff. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience with financial reporting, close processes, and GAAP. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
