What You’ll Do:

• Provide solo emergency room coverage in a high-volume hospital setting
• Manage an open ICU in a fast-paced environment with an average of 90-100 patients daily
• Accurately evaluate, diagnose, and treat a wide range of emergency conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Utilize Meditech EMR system efficiently for documentation and coordination
• Maintain compliance with all medical and hospital policies
• Engage in continuous quality improvement efforts

What You Need:

• Active NC medical license and current enrollment in PECOS
• NC Medicaid credentialing required
• Proven emergency medicine experience in a hospital setting (recommended 18-20 patients per shift)
• Strong clinical skills in acute patient management
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift schedules
