What You’ll Do

• Provide solo emergency care coverage for a busy hospital ER
• Manage an average of 90–100 patients per shift
• Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population, including complex cases
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in an open ICU setting
• Document care using Meditech EMR system
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards
• Enforce protocols for emergent situations and patient stabilization

What You Need

• Valid North Carolina medical license
• Active DEA, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Minimum 1-year ER or emergency medicine experience
• Ability to handle high-acuity, diverse patient cases
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
