Locations: Philadelphia, PA/ Mount Laurel, NJ- ONSITE
Duration: 06+ Months with Possible Extension.
Pay Range: $45-$50/Hour on W2/C2C (All inclusive)

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8-10 years of IT experience and strong expertise in ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM, ITSM, and ITAM . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and optimizing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, Hardware Asset Management, platform integrations, and workflow automation .

This role requires close collaboration with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions that improve operational efficiency and support enterprise service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and maintain enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, CMDB, and ITOM modules.
• Implement and optimize Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and MID Server configurations.
• Develop custom applications, workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Build integrations using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs , and third-party enterprise systems.
• Configure and maintain CMDB , ensuring data quality, normalization, reconciliation, and governance.
• Develop and support Hardware Asset Management (HAM) solutions.
• Design and implement automation for Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog processes.
• Support platform modernization and migration initiatives involving ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM data.
• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and support release deployments.
• Collaborate with QA teams for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and solution design documents.
• Stay current with emerging ServiceNow platform capabilities, AI features (including Now Assist), and enterprise technology trends.

Required Skills

• Exposure to Telecom Service Operations Management (TSOM) and Telecom Network Inventory (TNI) .
• Experience with AI-assisted development, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is a plus.

Preferred Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Required/Preferred)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITOM
• Additional ServiceNow certifications are an advantage.
