Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Health Systems Regional Scientific Director (HSRSD) to develop ongoing professional relationships with health systems and payers. This remote field-based role collaborates with regional teams to provide medical information and HEOR support, guiding strategic plans and ensuring regulatory compliance.
