Business Office Manager – Full-Time

Location: Logansport, IN and Surrounding Areas

A skilled nursing facility is seeking a dedicated Business Office Manager to oversee financial operations and administrative functions. If you have strong leadership skills and experience with healthcare billing and accounting, we want to hear from you!

Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily business office operations, including billing, accounts receivable, and collections

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of resident financial information, including Medicaid, Medicare, and private insurance claims

• Maintain compliance with company policies and state and federal regulations

• Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting

• Work closely with residents, families, and insurance providers to address financial concerns

• Supervise and support office staff to ensure smooth administrative operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Business Office Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in financial reporting and office management software
