The Association For Individual Development (AID) seeks a Case Manager QIDP to oversee a caseload of up to 20 clients in our I/DD service programs, coordinating internal and external services to support progress and community inclusion. You will maintain client case records in the electronic system (Cx360), lead service planning meetings, and ensure DHS, HCBS, and CARF compliance. Direct service delivery, advocacy for client rights, and documentation accuracy are essential. #J-18808-Ljbffr Association For Individual Development
