Job Description and Duties

We're hiring an Analyst II to join the Digital Services Division (DSD), Staff Services Branch (SSB)! We're looking for a versatile, curious, and collaborative analyst who thrives in a dynamic environment. At SSB, you'll be part of a team known for its innovation, partnership, and commitment to delivering high-quality administrative support across the division. What You'll Do As an Analyst II, you'll play a key role in supporting the operational backbone of DSD. You will help prepare and analyze essential administrative activities, including:

• Budget development and monitoring
• Personnel services and operating expense planning
• Activity based costing and expenditure management
• Procurement processing
• Human Resource support
• Various administrative and operational functions that keep the division running smoothly.
