This position is located at the DMV Headquarters in Sacramento. Under the direction of the Administrative and General Law Support Supervisor II, the Analyst III acts as the lead coordinator for Public Records Act (PRA) and requests and is responsible for implementing and administering PRA guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance. The incumbent provides direction and guidance to PRA processing staff to ensure consistency for timely response to requests. Working knowledge of the Public Records Act is preferred.
