Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, promoting fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student goals and progress
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ needs and eligibility for OT services
• Develop Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and document progress in accordance with school requirements
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings
• Support inclusive practices to ensure students of all abilities can thrive in the school environment
