Learning Facilitator
Virtual Vocations Inc
To enhance training initiatives, the full-time Oregon Licensed Training Educator will deliver classroom, web-based, and one-on-one training to clinical and technical staff, while also supporting system go-lives and application updates remotely. Key responsibilities: Provide training on products, processes, and system updates, ensuring effective curriculum delivery Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, making necessary adjustments to programs Develop training materials and participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance training quality Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Technology, Communication, Education, or a related field Minimum one year of experience in designing and delivering training and curriculum development Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional methods Experience with Epic System software or Electronic Medical Record systems is preferred Familiarity with course development platforms such as Adobe Suite or Captivate is advantageous
