Job Description

As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol in Santa Fe NM you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location where you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and this role you will embody our agile reliable and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork in a people-first culture.

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors staff and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities at the location.
• Respond to incidents access concerns and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location including operational areas parking areas loading zones and perimeter points with working environments and conditions varying by site.
• Monitor site activity and help to deter unauthorized access suspicious behavior and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and following post instructions.
• Support transportation-related operations by observing traffic flow directing individuals to authorized areas and/or assisting with entry and exit procedures in accordance with site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
