As a Security Officer Warehouse Patrol in Santa Fe, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will embody our agile, reliable, and innovative approach while working with integrity and teamwork in a people-first culture.

- Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or drivers by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the location.
- Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting issues through appropriate channels.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including operational areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter points, with working environments and conditions varying by site.
- Monitor site activity and help to deter unauthorized access, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations by maintaining a visible presence and following post instructions.
- Support transportation-related operations by observing traffic flow, directing individuals to authorized areas, and/or assisting with entry and exit procedures in accordance with site protocols.
Minimum Requirements:
- A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
