What Youll Need to Succeed:
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with customers and internal teams
Proven experience (3-5 years) in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or commercial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and manage order processes smoothly
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with order entry, pricing, and inventory systems
Prior involvement in trade shows or large-scale customer events
Bilingual Spanish abilities or additional language skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
Associate degree or higher in a relevant field
Previous experience working in manufacturing or industrial sales environments

Ability to operate standard office equipment and technology used in a business setting
