Senior Full Desk Recruiter

DaMar Staffing Solutions of Indianapolis is rebuilding and scaling a high-performing staffing division and is seeking a driven, entrepreneurial recruiter to help lead future growth. This is a true full desk opportunity responsible for: business development, client relationship management, recruiting and placements, workforce solutions, account growth and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new client relationships through outbound calls, networking, referrals, and client meetings
• Generate job orders and manage client accounts
• Recruit, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Manage recruiting workflows within ATS/CRM systems
• Partner with leadership on strategic growth initiatives
• Maintain recruiting and sales activity metrics
• Support workforce planning and client retention efforts

Qualifications:

• Staffing, recruiting, sales, or business development experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and follow-through skills
• Comfortable with outbound outreach and client development
• Experience using ATS or CRM systems preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary: $65,000 $80,000 Uncapped commission structure Realistic OTE of $120,000 $200,000+ Group Health Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Professional development and leadership growth opportunities
