Field Marketing & Activation Specialist

Local Marketing Execution

• Execute hyper-local marketing initiatives aligned to national campaigns and center-level performance needs.
• Adapt and deploy approved marketing assets for local market use while maintaining brand standards.
• Support grassroots marketing efforts, referral-driving initiatives, and in-market activations to increase donor engagement and acquisition.

Local Partnerships & Community Activation

• Identify, vet, and activate super-local partnership opportunities to drive awareness and traffic at the center level.
• Maintain and update partnership playbooks and toolkits for consistent, scalable execution across locations.

Field & Facilities Requests

• Respond to time-sensitive marketing requests from centers, escalating when necessary and ensuring brand consistency in all deliverables.
• Coordinate the distribution and implementation of approved marketing materials at the center level, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to branding.
• Support intake tracking and workflow management of field marketing requests to improve visibility, efficiency, and turnaround times.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align on priorities, timelines, and execution of field marketing initiatives.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

• Track performance of local marketing activities and provide regular updates to stakeholders on outcomes and insights.
• Identify trends and surface opportunities to improve effectiveness, efficiency, and scalability of local marketing efforts.
• Document results, learnings, and best practices to support ongoing optimization and playbook development.

This is What it Takes

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3+ years of marketing or communications experience, preferably in a multi-location or service-based organization
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for center visits, grand openings, and local activation support.
