Onsite HR Representative – Entry Level
Location: Stafford, TX, US
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday 8AM - 5PM
Position: Entry-Level Onsite HR Representative
Valor Talent Solutions is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Onsite HR Representative to support our employees at a warehouse location in Savannah, GA.
No previous HR experience is required. Training will be provided.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in starting a career in Human Resources, recruiting, staffing, or warehouse operations .
Responsibilities
- Assist onsite employees with general questions and concerns
- Help with new-hire onboarding
- Track employee attendance and call-offs
- Assist with recruiting and contacting job applicants
- Maintain employee records and information
- Help review timecards and attendance records
- Communicate staffing needs with management
- Provide general onsite HR and administrative support
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and people skills
- Organized and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
