Client Experience Coordinator

HTech provides software, websites, AI-powered solutions, ticketing platforms, golf course management software, and custom applications to businesses across the country. We're looking for a Client Experience Coordinator to help guide customers from signed contract through onboarding, launch, adoption, and long-term success. About the Role This role serves as the bridge between Sales, Product, Technical Support, and our customers. You'll coordinate onboarding, gather project requirements, conduct client training, support implementations, and maintain ongoing customer relationships to ensure clients get maximum value from our products and services. Responsibilities Onboarding & Implementation Coordinate new client onboarding and training Gather project requirements, assets, and launch materials Support website, SaaS, and AIO implementations Track implementation progress and project milestones Customer Success Conduct proactive customer check-ins Monitor customer satisfaction and adoption Identify and address potential customer concerns Support customer retention and engagement efforts Voice of Customer Gather customer feedback and feature requests Track recurring customer concerns Share customer insights with internal teams Internal Collaboration Coordinate between Sales, Support, Product, and Development teams Help ensure smooth customer handoffs and project launches Support continuous improvement of onboarding and customer success processes Qualifications Required Strong organizational and communication skills Customer-focused mindset Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and follow-through Preferred Customer Success, onboarding, or implementation experience SaaS or technology experience CRM experience Project coordination experience What Success Looks Like Smooth customer onboarding experiences Strong customer relationships Improved customer retention and satisfaction Effective communication between customers and internal teams Successful product adoption and engagement Why Join HTech? $24-$28/hour compensation Exposure to SaaS, AI, web development, and emerging technologies High visibility across multiple departments Opportunity to directly impact customer experience and company growth Strong opportunities for career development If you're organized, customer-focused, and enjoy helping clients succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
