Responsibilities Provide legal counsel and representation to the firm’s clients from pre‑trial through trial. Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, written discovery, and agreements. Attend court hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings. Conduct legal research and case analysis. Collaborate with senior associates and partners on case strategy. Contribute to business development and client relationship management. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2‑5 years of experience defending medical malpractice cases and/or General Liability. Strong understanding of State and Federal court rules and procedures. Strong litigation, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
