Claims Service Representative

Job Summary Our opening is for an administrative support role in the Claim Department who is interested in joining a growing Excess and Surplus Lines Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the claim staff with various administrative duties as outlined below. The ideal candidate is professional, customer focused, a great multi-tasker and a team player. Claim Service Representative responsibilities include: Claims intake and setting up claims in the claims system Monitor multiple department email inboxes throughout the day Distribute both physical and electronic mail Check processing Assist with Deductible Recovery File ISO indexes and assist with Medicare queries Interact with customers, vendors and coworkers in a professional and appropriate manner Perform other duties as required Requirements Education level: High School graduate. Post High School preferred, but not required. Insurance experience a plus. Experience: 2-5 years of administrative experience. Insurance industry experience preferred, but not required.
