RETAIL LEASING DIRECTOR AT ARA
\n \nCommission-Based Position
\nARA is hiring an experienced NYC retail leasing broker for a Director role.
\nWe just took on dozens of new exclusive retail listings across all five boroughs. You'll work both sides: representing landlords on these listings and representing highly qualified tenants.

- Listings and tenant leads from the first day \n
What you'll do
\n- \n
- Lead leasing on ARA's exclusive retail listings \n
- Represent landlords from pitch to signed lease \n
- Represent highly qualified tenants looking for spaces \n
- Work closely with ownership and help grow the team \n
What we're looking for
\n- \n
- A natural leader who can handle a director role \n
- Several years of NYC retail leasing experience \n
- A track record of closed deals \n
- Strong relationships with retail tenants and brokers \n
- Active NY real estate license \n
