Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Adhere to generally accepted accounting principles and company procedures and controls when carrying out assignments. Recording vendor invoices, credit card, and sales. Preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements Reconciliation of purchase invoices vendors’ statement of accounts. Review monthly accruals for sufficiency. Ensure accuracy of general ledger. Assist with the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Research accounting and reporting issues as required. Perform other duties as requested. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 3+ experience in accounting department Strong understanding of GAAP and thorough knowledge of financial accounting processes Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections Intermediate Excel skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines CPA preferred Quickbooks experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr CH Premier Jewelers
