About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Vice President of Product Management to lead the charge in defining and executing multi-year product strategies that align with business goals and market opportunities. The successful candidate will be responsible for championing best-in-class product excellence practices, overseeing portfolio governance, and ensuring that the product portfolio roadmap supports strategic objectives and adapts to industry trends and customer needs. This role requires a leader who can drive product portfolio revenue growth, profitability, and ROI, while also fostering a customer-centric approach and driving innovation in the portfolio. Applicants for the Global Vice President of Product Management position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in product and portfolio management, particularly in industrial, manufacturing, or related technology sectors, is required. The role demands a proven track record in managing complex product portfolios, bringing new products to market, and leading cross-functional teams in a global, matrixed structure. The ideal candidate will have experience across hardware, software, and services solution portfolios, as well as a strong background in product strategy, market analysis, and influencing product P&L outcomes. Familiarity with industrial product development lifecycles, system solution selling, and the ability to balance visionary planning with hands-on execution are also essential.
