About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales for the Midwest region. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record in sales management, responsible for driving revenue growth, and fostering key client relationships. This role involves providing strategic direction for all sales operations, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and leading a diverse sales team to ensure alignment with business goals. The Regional Vice President will also be tasked with client relationship management, sales performance evaluation, market expansion, and new business development, as well as regional sales forecasting and budgeting. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent experience, with a strong preference for those with a background in foodservice equipment and supply. A minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in sales leadership is required, along with the ability to manage and grow sales teams, achieve ambitious targets, and demonstrate strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. The role demands exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in executive-level engagements, and the ability to collaborate across diverse departments for organizational success. The ideal candidate will be proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and have a clear and concise communication style, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the implementation of effective solutions.
