Qualifications

• Active, valid Tennessee Educator License via TNCompass (Practitioner or Professional tier).
• At least one TDOE Special Education endorsement in one of the following:
  • Special Education Interventionist (K-8) or (6-12)
  • Special Education Comprehensive (K-12)
  • Special Education Early Childhood (Pre-K-3)
• Experience providing direct/indirect instructional minutes (not case management) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and interventions to approximately 23 students, including one student learning Braille.
• Provide direct and indirect minutes according to IEPs, focusing on academic, behavioral, and life skills development.
• Collaborate with general education staff, parents, and special education teams to optimize student outcomes.
