IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING – ACCOUNTS PAYABLE SPECIALIST CONTRACT-TO-HIRE | ONSITE – SOUTHEAST SAN ANTONIO, TX $24–25/HR HIGH PRIORITY ROLE | FAST-PACED ENVIRONMENT | GROWTH OPPORTUNITY Imprimis Group has partnered with a rapidly growing industrial services company in Southeast San Antonio that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis . This is a high-impact, urgent role supporting the AP team during a major ERP implementation and audit cycle . The ideal candidate is a strong, experienced AP professional who can step in quickly, handle volume, and help keep operations running smoothly during a critical transition period. Key Responsibilities (not limited to) Full-cycle A/P: review, match, batch, code, and process vendor invoices. Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts; resolve discrepancies. Manage and maintain AP inbox; organize invoices and receipts. Assist with weekly/monthly payment runs and verify accuracy. Respond to vendor inquiries regarding invoice/payment status. Maintain accurate AP records and documentation. Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls. Support month-end and year-end close. Collaborate with Finance and internal departments to resolve issues. Assist in maintaining workflow during ERP transition and team training. Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance preferred. 2–5+ years of Accounts Payable experience (open to more senior candidates). Experience in full-cycle AP in a high-volume environment. ERP/accounting system experience preferred ( NetSuite a plus ). Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word). Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
