Licensed Speech-Language Pathologists are needed to deliver expert services for both an ESY (Extended School Year) summer program and a full academic year assignment. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience within school settings highly desirable
• Strong skills in assessment, diagnosis, and therapy for speech and language disorders
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Flexible and adaptable to serve students across varying grade levels and locations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy for students in the ESY program (4 full days per week during summer)
• Transition into a five full-day schedule during the regular school year
• Split time among various school buildings as assigned, ensuring continuity of care
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each child's goals
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and district policies
