El/La Asociado/a de Servicio al Paciente es responsable de apoyar la experiencia del paciente mediante el registro, la coordinación de entregas de medicamentos y el servicio al cliente. Este rol multifuncional colabora con distintas áreas para asegurar operaciones eficaces, manejo preciso de documentación y una comunicación clara con pacientes y proveedores de salud. La posición garantiza que todos los procesos se realicen conforme a los estándares organizacionales y de cumplimiento, brindando un servicio de alta calidad y centrado en el paciente.
Requisitos clave:
- Diploma de escuela superior requerido; experiencia en entrada de datos preferida.
- Excelentes destrezas de servicio al cliente y comunicación.
- Atención al detalle y sólidas habilidades organizativas.
- Conocimiento de confidencialidad del paciente e HIPAA.
- Dominio de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word y Outlook).
