We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Roving Apartment Maintenance Technician in Williston, ND. Explore Monarch herehttps://www.mimginvestment.com/ and consider this your personal invitation to apply!  

 Your day-to-day:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
• Respond to work orders and resident service requests
• Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
• Participate in an on-call rotation on an as needed basis (Minot & Williston)
• Snow removal when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
• Solid troubleshooting skills and a strong work ethic
• Team player with great communication and a friendly vibe
• Someone who takes pride in doing things right the first time

Compensation & Benefits:
- $21-$23/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
