You will be working remotely as part of a collaborative team, ensuring that services delivered align with both federal and state regulations governing mental health and social work practices. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to understand the unique needs of each client and develop tailored interventions.

• Participate actively in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP) for clients, ensuring that interventions are appropriate and effective.

• Monitor and evaluate client outcomes to ensure progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Develop and maintain rapport with clients and their families to create supportive, trusting relationships that encourage collaboration.

• Provide families with essential information, skills, and support to facilitate their child's development and progress during treatment.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and coaching models to deliver interventions that optimize the family and child’s learning experiences.

• Adhere to all federal and state regulations to ensure compliance and safety for all individuals involved.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is focused primarily on young children facing various challenges related to substance use and behavioral health. The work will involve direct interaction with these children and their families, emphasizing early intervention techniques to foster development in essential areas such as cognitive, physical, and emotional skills. As part of your role, you will collaborate with children during critical early stages of development, guiding families through supportive strategies to address delays and improve outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
