THE POSITION:

As EVERSANA's Senior Production Designer, you will play a key role in assisting the Creative Team with the production and design of printed and digital marketing assets to propel our global brand awareness, enable the growth of our company, and assist in the success of our business development team. In partnership with the Marketing and Corporate Communications team, this role will create an array of engaging content & digital assets to be used for interactive presentations, videos, animated graphics, and more.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow the visual style and graphic standards for all assets.
  • Develop and design engaging content for digital outlets.
  • Perform all creative and technical duties in the production of digital, print, video, web, audio, presentations, e-mail, and other electronic media projects under the direction of the Creative Director.
  • Share the team responsibility to create and review all business development/sales enablement tools, including but not limited to PPT presentations, white papers, brochures, banner advertising, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

The requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of five years of experience in graphic design
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Knowledge of After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Sketch a plus
  • Skilled use of PowerPoint for presentation design, branding and development
  • Execute and manage assigned projects
  • Has ability to understand and apply branding guidelines to graphic/visual projects
  • Has excellent customer service skills and a service-oriented attitude
  • Pays attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality
  • Works well in a fast-paced team environment
  • Prioritizes work effectively to balance multiple projects and deadlines
  • Appreciates the power of a diverse team with different styles
  • Minimal travel required
  • All other duties as assigned

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of HTML and web site development/design/content generation
  • Excellent ad copywriting skills

EVERSANA is committed to providing competitive salaries and benefits for all employees. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $81,000 to $113,000 and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. Compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). EVERSANA reserves the right to modify this base salary range at any time.
