Treasury Sales Broker

We are seeking an experienced US Treasuries Voice Broker to join a growing institutional brokerage platform. This role is focused on building and monetizing dealer and institutional relationships, facilitating cash Treasury transactions, and supporting the evolution toward hybrid voice and electronic execution. The ideal candidate brings an existing network, a portable flow of business, and a strong understanding of current rates market dynamics. Key Responsibilities Broker US Treasury securities (on-the-run and off-the-run) between primary dealers, banks, and institutional counterparties Maintain and grow relationships across major dealers and institutional trading desks Facilitate voice and electronic execution while ensuring efficient price discovery and liquidity sourcing Work closely with internal teams to support electronic trading and algorithmic initiatives Identify opportunities to expand flow across related fixed income products where applicable Maintain strong market awareness across rates, liquidity conditions, and regulatory developments Qualifications Proven experience as a Voice Broker, Interdealer Broker, or Institutional Fixed Income Broker Established relationships with at least 1–2 primary dealers or major institutional accounts Deep understanding of US Treasuries markets, trading conventions, and execution workflows Ability to operate in a fast-paced, revenue-generating environment Strong communication skills and relationship-driven mindset FINRA licenses preferred (or willingness to obtain) Preferred Background Experience at interdealer broker platforms or institutional brokerage firms Exposure to electronic trading platforms and hybrid execution models Broader fixed income exposure (corporates, munis, repo, or rates derivatives) is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Phyton Talent Advisors
