Project Support Specialist

SOFT's client, located in Newark, NJ (hybrid) is looking for a Project Support Specialist for a long term contract assignment.

Job Summary:

This position will provide logistical and production-side support to a marketing group, servicing the commercial and industrial energy efficiency portfolio and assisting in the delivery of a complex multi-channel marketing plan.

Job Responsibilities:

§ Support production processes for a suite of B2B marketing assets, which could include paid media (i.e., banner ads, video, email, sponsored-content features, SEM), collateral (i.e., flyers, banners), case studies, website content, etc.

§ Partner with internal stakeholders representing multiple business units, including corporate communications, legal, program staff, etc.

§ Provide strategic marketing viewpoints and direction, participating in plan development and implementation activities.

§ Ad hoc marketing support projects, as assigned.

Job-Specific Qualifications—Required:

§ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field with professional history of three years in a marketing or related-industry environment. In lieu of Bachelor’s 7 years of experience.

§ Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

§ Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills. Excellent attention to detail; ability to perform rigorous QA/QC on marketing collateral.

§ Demonstrated copyediting capabilities, with a background in upholding company brand and style standards.

Desired:

§ Familiarity with content production systems such as Wrike and monday.com.

§ Strong project management skills.

§ Experience coordinating work items and associated deliverables across multiple internal business units, as well as vendor relations.

§ Sufficient knowledge of energy efficiency and subsequent programmatic offerings/customer value propositions.
