Benefits Hourly Base Salary Based on Experience Paid Time Off (PTO) Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Health Insurance Responsibilities Customer Service & Client Support Provide outstanding service to clients by phone, email, and in person Assist customers with policy questions, billing concerns, and coverage changes Welcome and onboard new clients to the agency Follow up on policy requirements, signatures, and documentation Maintain accurate customer records and household information Renewal & Retention Management Review upcoming policy renewals and identify opportunities to improve coverage or pricing Contact clients proactively before policy renewals Assist clients with payment arrangements and policy retention efforts Re-shop policies when appropriate Schedule policy review appointments with agency producers Account Growth Identify cross-selling opportunities for auto, home, life, and business insurance Request referrals and online reviews from satisfied clients Support agency growth through relationship building and exceptional service Requirements Required Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum 2 years of insurance industry experience OR customer service experience in a professional environment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable making outbound phone calls Excellent attention to detail and follow through Positive attitude and team oriented mindset Preferred Active Nevada Property & Casualty License Active Nevada Life & Health License Previous experience working in an insurance agency Experience with policy servicing, retention, or account management Who Succeeds Here The ideal candidate is: Dependable and accountable Customer focused and solution oriented Comfortable managing multiple priorities Motivated to learn and grow professionally Passionate about delivering a "white glove" customer experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
