Requirements Licensing: Must possess active Nevada state Property & Casualty Insurance License. Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential. Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is highly desirable. Communication Skills: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities in both English and Spanish. Customer Service: Strong commitment to service excellence and customer satisfaction. Team Collaboration: Ability to work well within a team and independently.
