Desired Experience & Qualifications
Current, active Louisiana OT license
Experience with school-based OT services, including virtual therapy
Ability to conduct re-evaluations and PreK assessments across grade levels
Skilled at developing and completing IEPs
Previous supervision of COTAs preferred
Comfortable working in a virtual/teletherapy setting
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive virtual OT services to students across multiple grade levels
Conduct timely re-evaluations and PreK assessments (with dedicated Fridays for PreK)
Allocate at least one day per week for the completion of IEP documentation
Supervise and mentor a COTA to ensure best practices and compliance
Adapt to the short-term nature of the contract with flexibility and efficiency
