The role entails a full-time commitment of 40 hours per week, with variable weekend hours as needed. This flexible scheduling allows our therapists to adapt to patient demands while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations, creating individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs.Implement and monitor treatment modalities, ensuring adherence to established protocols while adjusting plans based on ongoing evaluations and patient progress.Provide consultations to other healthcare professionals regarding patient care and ensure a seamless transition through various stages of recovery.Engage with patients from diverse backgrounds, delivering care in a compassionate manner that respects their age, culture, and individual circumstances.Collaboratively work with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians and nursing staff, to discuss treatment updates and discharge planning.Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of treatments, goals, and patient progress, submitting charges for services rendered.Participate in the overall management of clinical operations, which may include community outreach, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training.Stay abreast of industry advancements through continued education and participation in in-service training, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.Patient Population / Client FocusTrust Point Physical Therapy caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgeries, and other physical impairments. Candidates with experience in rehabilitation, pain management, or post-operative care will be given priority.
