Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to formulate personalized treatment plans that address specific orthopedic issues.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions and modify treatment approaches as necessary to meet the evolving needs of patients.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring all records are up-to-date and reflective of treatment goals and outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration, consulting with fellow health care professionals to enhance patient treatment strategies.
• Provide education and training to patients and caregivers, empowering them with strategies for at-home exercises and mobility enhancements.
• Utilize appropriate tools and methodologies to maximize therapeutic effectiveness, remaining current with best practices in physical therapy.
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards, meeting minimum utilization goals while fostering a positive patient experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will provide services to a diverse patient base that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, pediatric patients, those with neurological conditions, and athletes focusing on sports medicine. Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Doctor of Physical Therapy by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in physical therapy, particularly in an orthopedic setting.
• Current CPR certification is essential to ensuring patient safety during therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience

While two years of experience is required, candidates with familiarity in a range of therapy techniques, particularly evidence-based approaches, will find additional support in this role. Experience collaborating in an interdisciplinary team environment and a history of engaging with diverse patient populations is highly favorable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
