Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations for new patients, reviewing medical histories and performing detailed physical assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Communicate evaluation results and proposed treatment plans to patients and their families, incorporating their input into goal-setting.
• Implement and monitor treatment protocols, adapting them based on patient progress and feedback within our dynamic healthcare environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues in multidisciplinary meetings, discussing patient progress and modifying care strategies as required.
• Document patient care activities diligently, including initial evaluations, daily notes, progress summaries, and discharge reports, to maintain a clear record of treatments.
• Manage time effectively to meet productivity metrics, ensuring timely attendance for scheduled patient appointments and departmental meetings.
• Participate in community engagement and marketing initiatives, showcasing our clinic's services and building relationships with local health providers.
• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops and pursuing continuing education opportunities that enhance personal and organizational competencies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Stephens Memorial PT Clinic, you will primarily work with patients recovering from surgical procedures or those suffering from musculoskeletal disorders. Our clientele includes individuals of various ages, from young athletes to older adults, all needing tailored physical therapy interventions to optimize their mobility and function. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• Must possess a valid state license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
• We welcome candidates at all experience levels; prior experience is not required.

Preferred Experience

While not required, experience in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation or familiarity with treatment protocols for common musculoskeletal conditions will be considered a plus. Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
